Features

Furnace body

The structure of double cylinder is carbon steel.

Equipped with water cooling system to ensure safe contact of shell.


Heating chamber

The nickel chromium heating element can reach 750 ℃. Equipped with high quality SS304 reflecting screen and frame, heating in different areas can be controlled independently, and the design ensures even temperature heating. Each heating zone can also be disassembled separately.


Heat treatment materials

It is suitable for aluminum plate fin heat exchanger, automobile radiator, automobile air conditioner evaporator, condenser, radar net antenna and waveguide, etc.


Vacuum system

The vacuum degree is the level requirement of 10-3 PA. Equipped with mechanical pump, roots pump and diffusion pump, three-stage vacuum system.

Under no-load / dry degassing, the required vacuum degree shall not exceed 50 minutes.


Control system

It is easy to operate and can be operated by one person;

The whole operation can be recorded automatically.
