The furnace door is controlled by the roller up and down on the guide rail, and it is sealed with domestic advanced spring compression mechanism to ensure that the furnace door can match with the furnace when it is closed. The valve body and seal are tight, and fibers will not be separated during the closing and opening process of furnace door. The power of furnace door and trolley is provided by motor and cycloid pin wheel reducer, which have controlled braking function.
Each active mechanism of the electric furnace is equipped with interlock control, that is, after the furnace door is opened, the power used for heating elements will be cut off automatically, and the power of the mobile car will also be recovered. When the furnace door is closed, the power used for moving the trolley will be cut off automatically, and the power for heating components will be restored. In this way, accidents caused by misoperation can be avoided.
The heating element is wound into strip or spiral shape by high resistance alloy wire, which is installed on both sides of the furnace and the bricks placed on the trolley, and then fixed with high alumina ceramic nail and sleeve brick to prevent slipping out.
The pressure and high temperature steel furnace bottom plate is installed on the trolley to load the workpiece. In order to prevent the oxide scale generated by heating the workpiece from falling into the surrounding of the heating component through the gap on the furnace bottom plate, which may damage the heating component. The contact between the furnace bottom plate and the furnace body is plug-in type.
