1600 ℃ vacuum carbonization furnace

Vacuum carbonization furnace is a batch production high temperature furnace with resistance heating round or square furnace. The vertical vacuum carbonization furnace adopts circular furnace, and the horizontal vacuum carbonization furnace adopts square furnace. The horizontal square furnace is specially designed for the carbonization of PI membrane, and the service temperature can reach 1600 ℃, which can meet all the requirements of carbonization process.


The heating element of vacuum carbonization furnace adopts high-density and high-purity graphite heating element and high-quality carbon felt for heat preservation, which prolongs the life of heating zone. The design of multi zone heating ensures the uniformity of heating zone.


Vacuum carbonization furnace can be operated in inert gas, vacuum and high vacuum (optional) atmosphere.


The vacuum carbonization furnace carbonizes the pre oxidized wire (or phenolic precursor) mainly by continuous furnace. The intermittent furnace is the pre oxidation furnace, which is carried out by increasing the temperature. Purpose of carbonization furnace:


Carbonization furnace is used for vacuum carbonization of high thermal conductivity material (PI film). The carbonization furnace can be used for carbonization of polyimide films, carbon / carbon composites, graphite felt, carbon fiber, graphite materials and products at medium and low temperatures.


Structural features of carbonization furnace:

1. Vacuum carbonization treatment of high thermal conductivity film is an equipment for producing thermal conductive film. The PI film carbonized by the equipment has good resistance structure and density. The continuous vacuum carbonization sintering process can be realized; the decoking system is equipped to strengthen the decoking effect, the furnace atmosphere is more stable, the product quality is easy to control, and the service life of carbon felt and heating materials is prolonged.


2. Using resistance heating, the graphite tube heater has long service life, good heating effect and convenient maintenance. Uniform heating, reliable heat insulation and temperature measurement system, advanced furnace design concept, reasonable heating structure and high-quality materials ensure the uniformity of furnace temperature under vacuum state. Domestic and international brand temperature measuring elements are used to ensure the temperature measurement. The imported digital display intelligent temperature control meter can communicate with PLC real data and complete the temperature measurement and control process automatically and accurately. The system can heat up according to the given heating curve and store different heating curves. Single chamber, horizontal structure, compact and reasonable equipment layout, small floor area.


3. Advanced automatic control, comprehensive PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection system, PLC to achieve safety interlock, with overtemperature, sensor disconnection, water pressure, furnace overpressure, water flow, water temperature too high sound and light alarm. Environmental protection, energy saving, no purification essence vacuum emission gas, effectively protect the vacuum pump running normally and excellent defocusing effect.


4. Natural cooling is adopted in the high temperature section of furnace body, and the cooling speed can be accelerated by filling positive pressure inert gas in low temperature section.


Performance characteristics of carbonization furnace

The vertical vacuum carbonization furnace with upper discharge and lower discharge, and horizontal front discharge furnace with single or multiple furnace bodies improves the output. The furnace shell and door are water-cooled interlayer, and the material is SUS304 stainless steel.


Furnace door and furnace cover are stable hydraulic lifting system. The lower discharge type is equipped with ground guide rail and trolley.
