The shaft type tempering furnace is easy to use and only needs to be placed on the flat cement floor; the lifting mechanism of the electric furnace is equipped with limit switch, and the furnace cover is opened to cut off power, so as to ensure the safety of operators; it is equipped with ventilation device and multi zone temperature control to improve the uniformity of furnace temperature; the equipment is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, which greatly improves the working environment; the whole equipment is of full fiber structure, which improves the insulation performance and reduces the production costs. Well type tempering furnace is mainly used for tempering and aging heat treatment of metal parts and aluminum alloy workpieces in a closed furnace.
The opening and closing of furnace cover is divided into manual, hydraulic and electric.
Structural features of pit tempering furnace are as follows:
The shaft tempering furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, furnace, fan, furnace cover plate and electrical system.
1. Furnace body
The whole shaft tempering furnace is cylindrical in shape, and the frame structure is welded by section steel and steel plate. The furnace shell is welded by section steel and steel plate.
2. Furnace cover
The inner surface of the furnace cover is made of stainless steel plate. The furnace cover is lifted by manual lifting rod (or customized electric type). An exhaust hole is set on the furnace cover surface to facilitate the exhaust gas discharge from the furnace and for temperature calibration
3. Furnace
The furnace is built with energy-saving fire-resistant and thermal insulation bricks, the interlayer between furnace lining and furnace shell is provided with aluminum silicate fiber cotton for insulation, and the gap is filled with expansion insulation powder. The bottom of furnace is built with heavy refractory brick. The resistance wire is made of 0csgm25al5 high resistance alloy wire, which is wound into a spiral shape and installed on the wire laying brick of the furnace. A stainless steel charging basket is placed in the furnace. The distance between the basket and the lining is 100 mm to protect the resistance belt and furnace lining, and to facilitate air circulation and uniform heating.
4. Lifting system
The lifting mechanism of furnace cover adopts electric hydraulic device; the rotary shaft of furnace cover is equipped with two-way bearings, and the needle roller is vertically placed in the upper shaft seat, so that the furnace cover can be lifted and rotated stably and more flexibly. Sand seal structure is adopted for furnace cover sealing. In order to ensure safe operation, a limit switch is installed near the lifting mechanism
5. Fan
The hot air circulation fan made of heat-resistant stainless steel shaft and air blade is installed on the furnace cover, which has large air pressure, air flow and good air tightness.
6. Electrical system
In addition to the conventional automatic air switch and AC contactor, the main heating circuit is equipped with forced cooling fan, overheat protection, resistance capacitance absorption circuit, output voltage and current display. The temperature control instrument adopts the intelligent instrument of Japan Shimbun. The paperless recorder is selected to record the heat treatment data conveniently. Temperature control element: PID automatic adjustment, solid state relay. The temperature measuring element is k-division stainless steel thermocouple.
Operating procedures for pit tempering furnace:
Check whether the electrical appliances, lifting and fan are normal before blowing in. Whether the shaft lubrication is good. The tempered workpieces must be kept clean and free of large amount of oil stain. The furnace temperature shall not exceed the design * high temperature. When the furnace temperature is above 400 ℃, the furnace cover shall not be opened for cooling, and hot air circulating fan shall not be used when the furnace temperature is below 400 ℃.
