As electric heating furnace is generally intermittent furnace, furnace temperature rises and falls frequently. In this process, the furnace temperature rise and fall speed is restricted by the furnace lining, resulting in the extension of heating cycle and low efficiency. At the same time, a lot of heat is absorbed or released by refractory bricks, resulting in waste of heat, As a result, the thermal efficiency of the furnace is reduced and the electric energy is wasted. Due to the above shortcomings of brick structure, the furnace made of ceramic fiber overcomes the shortcomings of brick structure, and has the advantages of fast temperature rise, long service life and low energy consumption. In recent years, the heating furnace is changing from brick furnace to fiber furnace. Especially, it is widely used in the furnace lining of continuous casting and rolling furnace, trolley furnace and bell type furnace in metallurgical industry, which has won the unanimous praise of users.


3、 Equipment introduction

This equipment is all fiber trolley type resistance furnace, that is, the furnace bottom trolley can enter and exit automatically under controllable conditions. The workpiece is installed on the trolley, enters the heating furnace under the action of the transmission mechanism, and closes the furnace door; the heating temperature is heated to the required temperature of the workpiece under the control of the electrical appliance, and then the workpiece is driven out of the heating furnace under the action of the transmission mechanism according to the process flow of the workpiece, so as to complete the processing of the workpiece. The furnace body is a furnace shell welded by section steel and plate. The working room inside the furnace shell is made of ceramic fiber folding block. The furnace wall heating element is a high temperature resistance belt, which is processed into W shape and fixed on the furnace wall with high temperature ceramic screws. The heating element of the furnace bottom trolley is a high temperature resistance band, which is installed on the light bricks at the bottom of the furnace, and the furnace bottom plate is laid on the trolley, It is convenient to place the workpiece without damaging the high temperature resistance wire. The electrical control system is KS contactless output. The whole heating process of furnace temperature is controlled by intelligent program instrument. The temperature uniformity of the whole furnace is detected by the thermocouple installed on the top of the furnace. Thus, a series of process processes such as temperature rise, constant temperature, uniform temperature and heat preservation are implemented.
