Application of box type high temperature furnace

The use method of box type high temperature furnace is as follows:

1. The general high temperature furnace does not need special installation, it only needs to be placed on the flat indoor floor or test bench. 4. Three wire two-phase and five wire three-phase connection are commonly used for power supply connection.

Three wire two-phase, namely 220 V two-phase electricity plus ground wire (live line, zero line, ground wire).

Five wire three-phase, namely 380V three-phase power plus zero line and ground wire (three-phase power, zero line and ground wire).

5. After checking the wiring, turn on the power supply. Turn on the power switch and set the oven drying temperature program according to the instruction manual of the temperature controller. The temperature of the first section is linear temperature, which can be set as normal room temperature as far as possible. It is recommended that the heating rate should not be greater than 10 ℃ / min.

6. After setting, according to the instruction manual, the technician turns on the start button. At this time, the green light is on, the high temperature furnace is powered on, and the electric furnace begins to follow the temperature control instrument setting procedure for heating. With the increase of the internal temperature of the electric furnace, the temperature indication instrument temperature display also gradually rises, which indicates that the system works normally.

7. After the oven drying process is completed, put the sample to be tested into the crucible, and then lay it flat in the furnace. Close the furnace door and start to set the working temperature and temperature rise curve. When the working temperature reaches the experimental effect, set the cooling curve or let it cool down automatically. After the furnace temperature drops, open the furnace door and take out the sample to check the experimental effect.
