It is well known that the automatic water softener in the production of soft water: hard water through the control valve, from the top down through the resin layer, to achieve the softening, and then through the central lifting tube at the bottom of the diverter flow upward from the tube through the control valve outlet after the output of the softening water.
Backwash: the hard water enters the control valve and is distributed to the exchange layer by the bottom diverter from the central lifting tube flowing down from the top. After backwash exchange from the bottom up, the waste water is discharged through the outlet of the control valve.
Regeneration: after the hard water enters the control valve, it enters the water injector upward. Then, the regenerated reducing agent in the salt tank is inhaled into the salt water by using the siphon principle through the jet process, and it is uniformly distributed in the exchange agent layer from top to bottom for regeneration and reduction. The waste liquid flows upward from bottom through the diverter at the bottom of the central lifting tube and is eliminated through the outlet of the control valve.
Slow cleaning (that is, replacement or small cleaning) : the hard water enters the resin tank through the control valve, flows through the resin layer uniformly from top to bottom, then flows upward along the pipe through the central lifting tube bottom shunt, and then eliminates waste liquid through the control valve outlet.
Quick cleaning (big cleaning) : the hard water through the control valve into the resin, from the top down the rapid balance of the exchange layer, and then by the bottom of the central lifting tube into the diversion, along the pipe flow upward through the control valve outlet.
Salt water injection into the salt tank: hard water into the control valve, to the resin tank water supply at the same time through the injector into the salt tank valve to fill the salt tank, dissolved sodium chloride to make saturated salt water.
