Box type furnace can be divided into 650°C box type furnace, 950°C box type furnace and 1200°C box type furnace according to temperature segment.
650°C: This type of box furnace can be used for quenching and aging treatment of aluminum alloy and light metal castings, and for heating and homogenizing heat treatment of light metal profiles before rolling, extrusion, forging and pressing. It can also be used for tempering steel parts.
950°C: This type of box furnace is used for normalizing, annealing, quenching and other heating of general metal parts in oxidizing atmosphere.
1200°C: The box furnace can be used for normalizing, annealing, quenching and other heat treatment of high alloy steel, austenitic stainless steel or other kinds of steel. If necessary, protective gas can be injected to reduce oxidation of parts.
