Box furnace of working principle

We are concerned about the price of the box furnace. Like other kinds of electric furnaces, the main function scope of the box furnace is basically the same, but it has its own characteristics:

1. The furnace door is fixed on the electric furnace panel by multi-level hinge. The furnace door is closed by using the self weight of the handle of the furnace door to tightly close the furnace door and the furnace mouth through the lever principle. When opening, only the handle lock needs to be raised upward, the rubber hook is opened outwards, and the furnace door can be placed on the left side. The lower end of the outer furnace mouth is provided with a interlock safety switch with the furnace door. When the furnace door is opened, the power supply of the electric furnace is automatically cut off to ensure safe operation;

2. The box type furnace door is fixed on the electric furnace panel by multi-level hinge. The furnace door closing is to close the furnace door and the furnace mouth by using the self weight of the handle of the furnace door through the lever principle. 4. The chamber of box furnace is a furnace made of refractories, in which the heating elements are placed, while the furnace and shell of high temperature muffle furnace are insulated by heat preservation materials

Specifically, it can be used by laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises and scientific research institutions for element analysis and determination, heat treatment and heating of general small steel parts such as quenching, annealing and tempering, as well as high temperature heating of metals and ceramics such as sintering, dissolution and analysis.
