Box muffle furnace

The box muffle furnace is a kind of general heating equipment, which is widely used in ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical industry, machinery, refractories, new material development, special materials, building materials and other fields. Muffle furnace can be divided into box furnace, tube furnace and crucible furnace according to its appearance and shape.

Application scope of box muffle furnace:

1. Thermal processing, industrial workpiece processing, cement, building materials industry, small workpiece thermal processing or processing.

2. Pharmaceutical industry: used for the inspection of drugs, pretreatment of medical samples, etc.

3. Analytical chemistry industry: as a sample treatment in water quality analysis, environmental analysis and other fields. It can also be used for oil and its analysis.

4. Coal quality analysis: used for the determination of moisture, ash, volatile matter, ash melting point analysis, ash composition analysis, element analysis. It can also be used as a general ash furnace.

Instructions for setting temperature of box muffle furnace:

1. If the box type muffle furnace has no constant temperature timing function:

Click the "setting" key to enter the temperature setting state, and the upper row of the display window will display the prompt "SP", and the lower row will display the temperature setting value (the first bit value flashes), which can be modified to the required setting value through the shift, increase and decrease keys; then click the "setting" key to exit the setting state, and the modified setting value will be saved automatically. In this setting state, if no key is pressed within 1 minute, the controller will automatically return to the normal display state.

2. If there is constant temperature timing function:

Click the "setting" key to enter the temperature setting state, and the upper row of the display window will display the prompt "SP", and the lower row will display the temperature setting value. The modification method is the same as above; then click the "setting" key to enter the constant temperature time setting state, and the upper row of the display window will display the prompt "ST", and the lower row will display the constant temperature time setting value; then click the "setting" key to exit the setting state, and modify the setting The setting value is saved automatically.

When the constant temperature time is set to "0", it means that there is no timing function, the controller runs continuously, and the lower row of the display window displays the set temperature value; when the set time is not "0", the lower row of the display window displays the running time or the set temperature value, when the running time is displayed, the "running time" character lights up, and when the measured temperature reaches the set temperature, the timer starts timing, "running" The "time" character flashes. When the time is up and the operation is over, "end" is displayed in the lower row of the display window. The buzzer beeps and beeps for one minute and then stops beeping. After the operation, long press the "decrease" key for 3 seconds to restart the operation.  

Precautions for use of box muffle furnace:

1. When the box type muffle furnace is used for the first time or it is used again after being out of service for a long time, it must be dried. The oven drying time shall be at room temperature 200 ℃ for four hours. 200 ℃ to 600 ℃ for four hours. When in use, the maximum furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature, so as to avoid burning the electric heating elements. It is forbidden to pour various liquids and soluble metals into the furnace. The box type muffle furnace Z works well below the maximum temperature of 50 ℃. At this time, the furnace wire has a long service life.

2、 The box type muffle furnace and controller must work in the place with relative humidity no more than 85% and no conductive dust, explosive gas or corrosive gas. When metal materials such as grease need to be heated, a large number of volatile gases will affect and corrode the surface of electric heating elements, so as to destroy and shorten their service life. Therefore, when heating, it is necessary to timely prevent and seal the container or properly open holes to eliminate.

3. The box type muffle furnace controller shall be limited to the range of 0-40 ℃ ambient temperature.

4. According to the technical requirements, regularly check whether the wiring of electric furnace and controller is in good condition, whether the pointer of indicator is stuck when it moves, and use potentiometer to check the increase of error caused by magnetic steel, demagnetization, wire expansion, spring fatigue, balance damage, etc. of the instrument.

5. Do not pull out the thermocouple suddenly in case of high temperature, so as to prevent the jacket from cracking.

6. Keep the furnace clean and remove oxides and other things in time.
