Box type electric furnace maintenance

The use of box-type electric furnace is a necessary product in the inspection of some industries. 2. 3. The box furnace controller shall be limited to the ambient temperature of -10-75℃.

4. According to the technical requirements, regularly check whether the wiring of the electric furnace and the controller is in good condition, whether the pointer of the indicator is stuck or not when moving, and use the potential difference meter to check the error increase caused by magnetic steel, demagnetization, wire swelling, fatigue of shrapnel and balance destruction.

5. Do not pull out the thermocouple suddenly in the high temperature to prevent the coat from bursting.

6. Keep the furnace clean and remove oxides in time.
