Brief introduction of box type gas forging furnace structure:
Ceramic fiber silicon carbide box forging furnace structure is adopted. The furnace shell is welded from section steel and steel plate into a fixed structure. The user does not need to install the foundation, but can use it on the cement floor.
The furnace lining adopts the ceramic fiber high-pressure module of our company's energy-saving and emission reduction technology, and the ceramic fiber high-pressure module is made by the special method of high-pressure press and assembled to form an overall all fiber high-density energy-saving furnace lining structure (compression ratio of fiber furnace lining production ≥ 55-65%). High quality ceramic fiber needled blanket is used as raw material, which is compressed by special high-pressure equipment. In the process of processing, ceramic fiber is compressed by high-pressure press to achieve good heat storage effect. The furnace wall of the structure is solid and durable, with good energy-saving effect and light weight. Compared with other products, it has the advantages of low heat conduction, low heat capacity, excellent corrosion resistance, excellent thermal stability, thermal shock resistance and heat insulation. Moreover, the anchor is set on the low-temperature surface of the furnace body, which improves the high-temperature strength of the fiber.
The furnace door adopts the structure of upper and lower double furnace doors. The upper furnace door is used for loading, and the lower furnace door is used for lifting up and down to facilitate high temperature reclaiming. Because only the lower furnace door is opened, the upper furnace door is closed, the furnace heat loss is small, and it is not easy to cool down when reclaiming.
The heating element is made of silicon carbide rod, which is arranged on the walls on both sides and heated by strong radiation of silicon carbide rod.
