Brief introduction of bell type furnace

Bell type furnace is mostly used for annealing of steel wire, steel pipe, copper strip, copper wire and silicon steel sheet in metallurgical industry. Copper strip is mainly used for the heat treatment of brass strip, bronze strip, special-shaped copper strip and red copper strip.

Compared with nitrogen, hydrogen has the advantages of good thermal conductivity, low density, low dynamic viscosity and strong reducibility, which gradually replaces the nitrogen hydrogen mixture as the protective gas. At the same time, it puts forward more strict requirements for the safety control of bell type furnace.

Bell type furnace, furnace body is a cover, or furnace bottom does not move, furnace cover moves, or furnace cover does not move, furnace bottom moves.
