1. Overview of servo CNC high speed grinder

With the rapid development of China's automobile industry, people pay more and more attention to the servo CNC camshaft grinder. Many universities, research institutions and enterprises have invested a lot of human and material resources to research and develop this product. Jkm8320 CNC / CBN servo CNC camshaft grinder developed by Hunan University and Hunan Jack CNC grinder Co., Ltd. is the most representative typical 13 port 13, as shown in Figure 3.

2. Main performance of grinder

The grinder can be used in automobile, motorcycle, internal combustion engine and diesel engine industries to process round and non-circular parts, such as various camshaft, standard female cam and eccentric wheel.

The grinder adopts 840D CNC system and AC servo system of Siemens. It has the function of automatic grinding cycle (table moving, grinding wheel rack fast forward, workpiece feeding, fast backward, workpiece indexing, grinding wheel correction and compensation, grinding wheel wear compensation, etc.). As long as the profile of the cam can be changed by the computer program, the camshaft can be processed by different types of grinding machine.

The maximum linear speed of the grinding wheel can reach 120m / S (j-cbn grinding wheel). Under normal working condition, the linear speed of the grinding wheel can reach 100M / s, which is 3 times of the linear speed of the common grinding wheel. Compared with the ordinary grinder, the productivity can be increased by 5-10 times.

The static and dynamic bearing motorized spindle is used for the grinding wheel spindle, and the dynamic stiffness of the grinding wheel spindle bearing can reach 1500N / um.

The grinding wheel is dressed with motorized spindle and diamond roller, which can realize micron feed. The feed of grinding wheel is directly driven by linear motor.

The grinder adopts fully enclosed shape, with beautiful appearance, safe and reliable, and no environmental pollution. The grinder bed adopts computer simulation and finite element design, so that the grinder has good rigidity and vibration resistance.

3. Features of grinder

1) The static and dynamic pressure bearing external grinding wheel motorized spindle with the intellectual property rights of our country is adopted. The spindle has high rigidity and high rotation accuracy.

2) The cam NC grinding software with independent intellectual property rights of our country is adopted. The computer can automatically generate the grinding program and process qualified parts by inputting the relevant technical parameters of the camshaft into the computer.

3) The high-speed grinding technology of 100 m / s CBN wheel is adopted, and the productivity is very high.

4) The feed system of grinding wheel rack is driven by linear motor to realize zero drive.
