Let's share the application process of CNC Internal Grinder

1. Check whether the height width ratio of the hydraulic oil in the oil pool and automobile oil tank meets the index value of the hydraulic press;

2. Check whether the hydraulic oil model and material quality meet the requirements of the manual;

3. The actual operating rocker should be placed in the closed or pressure relief position, the sand wheel piece frame should be in the backward position, and the fitness components should not collide with each other;

4. Check whether the motor of the oil pump runs normally, and then check whether the working pressure of the oil passage, auxiliary oil passage and grease passage meets the requirements of the manual;

5. After that, the exhaust valve of the numerical control system and the exhaust valve of the hydraulic cylinder should be turned off;

6. The CNC lathe with hydraulic machine operation box should adjust the on-off valve and the speed rocker of the operation table according to the requirements of the application manual, so that the operation table can operate at a slow speed and reciprocate for many times within a short distance. After the operation is normal, it should slowly adjust to a higher speed, and check whether the operation and commutation are normal within the whole stroke arrangement;

7. After the operation of the console is normal, the rapid success and failure of the sand wheel frame and the knife walking test are carried out. Check if there is any collision when the sand wheel rack moves to the terminal equipment quickly.
