The following points should be paid attention to in daily use of Ceramic Fiber Muffle Furnace:

1. When the muffle furnace is used to heat the workpiece, the combustion plate is not supported:

Each muffle furnace has a corresponding combustion plate size, and all heated workpieces, including the container of workpieces, should be heated at the top of the combustion plate. Try to avoid the ceramic fiberboard placed directly on the bottom of the furnace, resulting in uneven local stress of the fiberboard or high local temperature, damaging the bottom of the furnace.


2. I want the muffle to cool quickly and open the door at high temperature:

As the ceramic fiber muffle furnace has good heat preservation effect, low heat preservation energy consumption and slow temperature drop after power failure. Some customers want to carry out the next test immediately after one test, so they open the furnace door at high temperature to obtain higher cooling speed, but this kind of damage to muffle furnace is very big, once cold and hot occurs, it is easy to cause furnace cracking, heating elements can not bear this cold and hot impact. We generally recommend that you do not turn on the muffle carefully until the temperature reaches at least 600 ℃. If you really need to pick up and release parts at high temperatures, consider whether you can use a silicon carbide furnace.


3. Do not dry the furnace after a long shutdown:

This is also a detail that is easy to overlook. Basically, all customers can bake the oven for the first time. However, many customers forget to bake when they use it after more than a week. Ceramic fiberboard has a large number of small voids, such as the magazine which can absorb water vapor when it cannot be used for a long time, so the drying furnace can effectively remove the water vapor in the voids according to the requirements.

In addition, to prolong the service life of furnace wire, attention should be paid to:

a. No high temperature operation for a long time;

b. Correct preheating;

c. Properly reduce the output voltage in the process of digital display control, slow down the heating speed and select high quality.
