Finally, only manual and necessary hardware are left.
A large part of the vacuum furnace fans maintain a speed, and the frequency conversion is very few. Inflation can only be operated manually. Even if there is too much inflation in the high temperature area, it can't automatically deflate. There is no isothermal quenching function. The vacuum equipment manufacturer has no such awareness at all. I always think that manual operation is an auxiliary means to make up for the failure probability of automatic operation. But I think the probability of manual use is only 3 / 1000.
For the high-pressure vacuum gas quenching furnace, the frequency converter has two functions, one is to start the high-power motor smoothly, the other is to control the cooling speed. The first function can be replaced by soft start, and the second function can choose different pressure to obtain different cooling speed.
For ordinary vacuum furnace, the effect is the same without frequency converter.
At present, the domestic technology is not unable to do or not aware of this, and cannot provide a reasonable overall solution for the product. Many vacuum furnaces do not have the function of isothermal quenching, and cannot stay at a certain temperature point. The high-speed and low-speed fans can also be done, but the products of the last century still need to be done. The start of the pressure filled fans has been cold to the end. The fan maintains a rotating speed; of course, it is OK to adjust the pressure, but I hope that the pressure will decrease when the cooling temperature drops. The best way is to supplement air automatically instead of manual operation. The cooling I want is to follow the C curve as much as possible. Not high-end and not intelligent is not good for a single product. I didn't do the best I could.
Among them, there are the reasons of equipment manufacturing enterprises, and also the reasons of customers themselves. As a result, a large number of small manufacturing enterprises are up, but they are unable to do research and development.

It is impossible for a device to do everything by itself, to do what it is good at by itself, and to seek partners if it is not good at it. Only when the integration is completed can strong alliance be achieved.
From the perspective of the development of heat treatment enterprises in China, they should be developing in two directions. One is that they are becoming larger and larger, like Fengdong company. Through the cooperation of Fengdong company, they have been successful in the first round of competition. Now they mainly expand their products and services through the operation of capital. The first direction is for small and characteristic enterprises to survive through their own characteristic services and specific customer groups. The pain is that the large and weak enterprises, the original imitation has no advantage, the rising cost of labor, raw materials and extensive management caused by the cost of enterprises are facing more and more pressure.
