Classification and application of muffle furnace

There are several types of muffle furnace, which can be divided into: low temperature muffle furnace, medium temperature muffle furnace and high temperature muffle furnace

According to the shape classification, it can be divided into: box type resistance furnace, tubular resistance furnace, well type resistance furnace, crucible furnace and so on.

Scope of application:

(1) Thermal processing, cement, building materials industry, small workpiece heat processing or processing.

(2) Pharmaceutical industry: used for drug inspection, pretreatment of medical samples, etc.

(3) Analytical chemistry industry: as sample treatment in water quality analysis, environmental analysis and other fields. It can also be used for oil and its analysis.

(4) Coal quality analysis: used to determine moisture, ash, volatile, ash melting point analysis, ash composition analysis, element analysis. The ashing furnace can also be used as a general purpose.
