Common faults of vacuum pump of vacuum oil filter

1. Oil leakage

The leakage of oil window, oil tank gasket and motor bearing shaft seal of vacuum pump is one of the common faults of Zui. The main reason is that the service time of vacuum pump is too long, which leads to the aging of its components and seal failure, and Zui eventually leads to oil leakage.

Oil leakage from oil window

If the vacuum pump is used for a long time, the oil window will be aged, resulting in fracture, or the adhesive between the oil window and the oil tank will be aged and fail, resulting in the leakage of pump oil.

Oil leakage of motor bearing shaft seal

There are two oil seals on the motor shaft, the front oil seal and the rear oil seal. Any aging failure of the portable filter oiler will cause oil leakage.

Oil leakage of oil tank gasket

The oil tank is connected with the motor through the adapter, and there is a sealing ring at the joint of the oil tank and the adapter, which plays the sealing role of the oil tank. If it is aged, it can also cause oil leakage of the vacuum pump.

Solution: replace the aged oil window, shaft seal, sealing gasket and felt gasket filled with pump oil.

2. Motor stops in the middle of operation

This is because the voltage is too large and the oil level of the power supply phase loss exceeds the lower limit of the oil level. Such situation can be eliminated by suspending use and checking the power supply. If the start-up is abnormal, it is the electrical component failure. Only replace the electrical component.

3. Water in vacuum pump

If the water in the vacuum pump is caused by too much water in the cooler, the water is pumped into the oil treated in the vacuum pump, and the water vapor fails to cool into water in the cooler and enters the vacuum pump, the liquid level gauge on the cooler can be observed. If the water level is too high, it shall be discharged in time, the vacuum pump shall be cleaned, and the vacuum pump oil shall be replaced to eliminate such situation.
