Application of coupling disassembly heater and bearing disassembly heater:

It is widely used in the disassembly and hot installation of rotary kiln supporting wheel, roller, large bearing inner sleeve, workpiece interference assembly, hammer crusher, motor flange connector, pulley, motor rotor, large gear, train wheel power, seal, hydraulic prop, hydraulic support, connecting shaft, sprocket and balance shaft.

1. Technological principle of heat removal: by using the characteristics of metal's expansion and contraction, and by means of induction heating, the shaft sleeve can be heated up rapidly by induction heating, so as to achieve the effect of temperature difference between the shaft sleeve and the shaft body, resulting in interference gap and separation. When the heat is not transmitted to the bearing, the shaft body can be quickly pulled out or the shaft sleeve can be removed.

2. The coupling disassembling heater and bearing disassembling heater are the hot disassembling equipment developed by our company, with the power of 50KW ~ 500kW (for example, 200kW equipment can disassemble the coupling with the diameter of about 1.3m). The new technology can improve the efficiency by 10-20 times, the quality is stable, there is no over burning phenomenon, and the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced.

3. 1. Scope of package repair

1) Host power supply: free warranty for one year.

2) Heating box: induction copper pipe, water-cooled high-frequency wire, internal high-pressure water pipe. If the soft water circulating system is used, it is free of charge for one year. If the soft water circulating system is not used, it is free of charge for half a year.

3) Output transformer: free warranty for one year.

4) Internal cooling soft water circulation system: free warranty for one year.

5) Induction heater, guide rail or chute, high frequency output line: not covered by the free warranty.

2. According to the national regulations, the following situations are excluded from the scope of warranty service, and we will charge cost and service fee

1) Not in accordance with the instructions.

2) In case of product failure, after the consumer has a maintenance relationship with non Duolin maintenance department, or they replace or dismantle the product by themselves, or have no purchase invoice, or have not informed the sales service center of the company of the purchase information.

3) Artificial fault caused by installation and movement.

4) Due to accidents (such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, etc.).

5) Maintenance beyond the warranty period.
