High temperature resistance furnace is now more and more widely used in industrial high-temperature treatment. It is also an important equipment in high-temperature test in the laboratory. In the process of application, it is necessary to master certain fault judgment methods to make the test or production get fast and effective efficiency. The following introduces several common fault causes and treatment methods in daily operation:
Reverse connection of high temperature resistance furnace thermocouple: change the polarity of thermocouple output lead;
High temperature resistance furnace wire broken: furnace wire load line is not connected or poor contact, furnace wire is disconnected or solid state relay is burnt out;
High temperature resistance furnace thermocouple: thermocouple is not connected or poor contact, thermocouple internal open circuit damage;
High temperature resistance furnace communication interruption: serial port connection is not connected or poor contact, serial port lead internal open circuit damage or circuit and software failure;
High temperature resistance furnace temperature: it indicates that the internal temperature of the furnace is too high (the normal use of the furnace shall not exceed 1000 ℃), check the solid state relay.
The voltage of industrial furnace is too high: if the AC voltage is too high (normally 220 V, 50 Hz), add transformer and voltage regulator.
