Special drying equipment for yam
For dehydrated vegetables, drying equipment is generally used to form the initial drying section, middle section and final section. In the initial drying stage, due to the high moisture content and poor air permeability of the material, small thickness of the material, faster running speed and higher drying temperature are adopted. For materials whose material temperature is not allowed to exceed 60 ℃, in the initial drying stage, the drying gas temperature can be as high as 120 ℃, the residence time of materials in the final drying section is 3-6 times of that in the initial drying section, and the spreading thickness is 2-4 times of the initial drying section. For the requirement that the material temperature should not exceed 60 ℃, the dry gas of about 80 ℃ can be used. The performance of belt drying is exerted by multi-stage combination, and the drying is more uniform.
The material in the hopper is evenly laid on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt is made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh and moved in the drying equipment by the transmission device. The drying section is composed of several units, each of which has an independent hot air circulation. Part of the tail gas is discharged by a special dehumidification fan, and the exhaust gas volume of each unit is controlled by a regulating valve. In the upper circulation unit, the air from the circulating fan enters the lower chamber of the unit through the side air duct, and the air flow is heated up through the heat exchanger and distributed by the distributor. The jet flow is blown to the mesh belt and enters the upper chamber after passing through the material. The drying process is that the hot air flows through the material layer to complete the heat and quality transfer process.
The upper chamber is connected with the inlet of the fan by an air duct, and most of the gas is circulated. Some gases with low temperature and high moisture content are discharged as waste gas through the dehumidification pipe, regulating valve and dehumidification fan. In the lower circulation unit of the drying equipment, the air from the circulating fan first enters the upper chamber, then is heated by the heat exchanger downward, and then enters the lower chamber through the material layer. The lower chamber is connected with the fan inlet by the side air duct and return air duct, and most of the gas circulates and some is discharged. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to the needs of users, and the number of units can also be selected according to the needs.
