1. According to the foundation drawing of FRP cooling tower provided by the manufacturer, first measure whether the foundation is embedded correctly and whether the foundation is level and solid. Otherwise, the corresponding treatment or suspension of installation shall be carried out.
2. After the foundation is checked and treated in good condition, the installation of the lower iron frame shall be completed on the basis of the lower iron frame and the iron part number. Each column base of the lower iron frame may be installed in the center of the embedded steel plate, and the upper part of the lower iron frame shall be adjusted to be at the same level as much as possible.
3. The installation of the combined basin and water tank is 15mm larger than the lower iron frame.
4. Do a good job of water basin and water cylinder leakage prevention. See the installation instructions for the procedures.
5. Adjust and weld the foot plate of the lower iron frame with the corresponding foundation plate, and ensure the fire safety at the same time.
6. Complete the installation of the upper iron frame according to the installation drawing of the upper iron frame and the iron part number.
