Gear heat treatment and quenching equipment


According to the frequency can be roughly divided into three categories: electronic tube high frequency, silicon controlled medium frequency, super audio.


High frequency (200kHz) is suitable for the quenching of small die gears. This kind of equipment has too high frequency for large gears and workpieces, too shallow quenching layer, silicon controlled medium frequency (4kHz) is suitable for the quenching and diathermy of large workpieces such as cold rolled steel strip rolls. For general gears, the frequency is too low, and the quenching layer is generally more than 5mm. For general gears, the deformation is too large, the noise is large, and the heating speed is slow , large power consumption and high cost.


The super frequency induction heating (35kHz) is suitable for general gear sprocket and small and medium-sized workpieces. The gear and spline column with a quenching layer of 1.5-5mm and a small shaft less than ¢ 250 can be quenched once, and the single tooth with a quenching layer of more than 250mm can also be quenched. The performance is also suitable. The maximum diameter has been made is 4m. This frequency is more suitable for general workpiece surface treatment.


Generally speaking, there is no difference between the three types of heating equipment, but the scope of application is different, but for common workpieces, high frequency quenching is shallow. If the quenching is deep, the super audio frequency is more suitable, and the power saving is 30% more than that of high frequency, 20% less than that of medium frequency; the performance is stable, which will not affect the production due to long-term use; the protection is complete: over-current and over-current protection; the heating speed is fast, there is no oxide layer, and the deformation is small; the volume is small, the weight is light, and the installation is convenient; the inductor and the transformer are isolated, safe and reliable.


Gear quenching

1.160 type: Φ (diameter) 350, m (modulus) ≤ 10 full quenching

Linear scanning quenching with diameter over 400 and m ≤ 10

Generally, square inductor is used for scanning and quenching above Φ 400 and m > 15

Φ 250 shaft direct quenching

2. Type 120: Φ 300, m ≤ 10, all quenched

Φ 400, m ≤ 10 linear scanning quenching

Φ 400, m ≥ 15 square scanning quenching

Φ 200 shaft direct quenching

1. Hot upsetting of standard parts, fasteners, hardware tools and motorcycle accessories.

2. Heating of tempering, forging, extrusion, etc. of profile steel, tool and brazed steel.

3. Quenching treatment of auto parts and motorcycle parts.

4. Heat treatment of mechanical parts. Such as all kinds of gears, sprockets, all kinds of shafts, spline shafts, pins, etc.

5. Forging and casting of brass valves, joints and other products.
