As we expected, this maintenance is only a protective film. If the protective layer is damaged, the steel will start to be corroded. The corrosion resistance of precision stainless steel pipe depends on chromium, which is a part of steel composition. The joint treatment of chromium on steel will change the oxide type similar to pure chromium, metal surface oxide.
The heat treatment process of precision stainless steel pipe includes heating, heat preservation, cooling, etc. This is to reduce the deformation and hardening defects in the metal forming process, so as to make the deformation recovery performance of the pipe after processing, so as to improve the performance of precision stainless steel pipe.
Now the most commonly used heat treatment tools include electric furnace and reverberatory furnace. The common control mode is automatic temperature control mode.
The requirements for heat treatment of precision stainless steel pipe fittings are different. Not all deformed tools must be heat treated. Generally, the final temperature of low-carbon steel pipe fittings is not lower than 723 ℃, so if the temperature is lower than this or higher than 1000 ℃, heat treatment shall be carried out.
After heat treatment, the precision stainless steel tube becomes soft and non-magnetic, which is mainly used in high-end machinery, electronic machinery and other fields.
