Heat transfer oil is used as heat transfer medium in heat transfer oil oven. It has the following characteristics:
① The oven can obtain higher working temperature under lower operating pressure. The liquid phase of heat transfer oil is used to transport heat energy. It flows at 2.3-2.7m/s in the pipeline. The saturated steam pressure is 1 / (70-80) of water when the temperature is less than 300 ℃. The oil temperature can be as high as 320 ℃, so it can be conveniently used for drying the top coat at 130-140 ℃ and the electrophoretic primer at about 170 ℃. However, the over temperature and high pressure steam can only provide heat for the top coat drying, and the pipelines, valves and radiators must also bear high pressure;
② The oven can provide stable heating and precise temperature regulation. Because the oil quantity of heating system can be up to 3T, and the specific heat of oil is relatively large, the oil temperature is not easy to change sharply and the temperature is easy to control. The oil temperature can be controlled at ± 1 ℃;
③ The temperature of oven and oven is fast and stable. The normal drying room will rise to the process temperature in about 20 minutes. The oil temperature of 240 ℃ only fluctuates by ± 5 ℃ every time it is switched on and off, so the temperature of drying room is stable;
④ The oven has complete operation control and safety monitoring device;
⑤ Compared with the water boiler, the oven does not consume water, does not need special water treatment equipment, does not need gaps to supply heat to the pipeline in winter to prevent freezing, and does not need to be on duty.
⑥ The oven has high thermal efficiency and good economy. The heat utilization rate is 40% - 50% higher than that of steam.
