The furnace of muffle furnace is equipped with high-quality 1900 grade alumina fiber insulation material and famous Kanthal (Sweden) molybdenum silicide (MoSi2) heating elements. Double wall steel housing helps to minimize heat loss.
The operation of the furnace is controlled by Shimaden (Japan) 40 segment digital controller, which has built-in RS485 digital communication port and USB adapter, which allows users to connect to PC for remote control and monitoring of the furnace. You can also save or export test results.
Security
1 if the temperature exceeds the acceptable range (refer to the controller manual) or the thermocouple is damaged or faulty, the overheat protection function can shut down the furnace.
2. After the power supply is reestablished, the power failure protection will resume the furnace operation immediately after the fault point.
