This high temperature vacuum brazing furnace is ideal for stainless steel/diamond tools and tool/copper brazing. Molybdenum foil furnace chamber ensures a clean brazing environment. Operating temperature up to 1350℃. Due to its high vacuum and high temperature, it can also be used for sintering and heat treatment of other workpieces.

Vacuum brazing furnace with fast cooling system

Due to the slow cooling of common brazing furnace, the production efficiency is seriously affected. In order to accelerate the cooling speed, our company has developed the vacuum brazing furnace rapid cooling system combining with many years of production practice experience. The high-temperature nitrogen in the furnace is forced out by a vacuum fan, cooled by a cooling water bag, and then returned to the furnace by the vacuum fan. This rapid cycle results in rapid cooling.
