1、 Overview:
The instrument is composed of a high-voltage transformer and a high-frequency oscillation transmitter. It uses high-frequency electric spark to detect the tiny holes in the glass vacuum system, and can also estimate the vacuum degree of the vacuum system by the color of the purple light emitted. Generally speaking, the thicker the vacuum degree, the darker the color of purple light in the glass pipe, and the darker the purple light will be. Of course, in addition to detecting the leakage of transparent glass pipes, it can also detect the leakage of rubber plastic pipes, ceramic pipes and other non-conductive vacuum systems.

3、 Working principle:
The AC voltage of 220 V is raised to 2500-3000 V through the transformer coil, which causes the spark discharge between the two poles of the transmitter and generates high-frequency current. The high-frequency current is fed to the series resonant circuit, and then the high-frequency coil is boosted to (180-210) kV. Finally, a strong spark is emitted on the top electrode of the leak detector
4、 Usage:
For zkjl-1 leak detector, as long as the pipeline to be detected is vacuumized, after the vacuum degree reaches the specified range, hold the vacuum leak detector connected to the power supply by hand, close the button, and the ignition spring at the top of the detector will send out sparks. At this time, the spark will move to the suspected leak point. When the leakage point is found, the electric spark will enter the leak as a line, High voltage transmitter must be connected to the high-voltage power supply, and then connected to the high-voltage transformer
5、 Maintenance and maintenance:
1. When using the high frequency electric spark vacuum detector, the operator must have no metal conductive material in his hand to avoid careless operation. He will feel strong numbness and electricity in high frequency electric shock
2. During operation, metal objects should not be close to the conical part, otherwise a strong arc will jump out and the internal boost coil will be burned out
3. When the glass with thin wall thickness is detected, the detector should move back and forth, and the residence time should not exceed 5 seconds, otherwise the glass layer will be broken down by electric spark
4. There is a spark regulator at the root of zkjl-1 leak detector. The discharge is strong when it is clockwise, but it is weak on the contrary. Generally, it should be retreated to the weakest position after use. For zdjk-2 leak detector, it is recommended to adjust the voltage to 3000V in enterprises with voltage lower than 220V, and 2500V is generally used when the voltage is normal, so as to prolong the service life of the instrument
5. In case of any abnormal situation, please cut off the power supply first, and then check whether the internal parts are damaged. If it is unable to repair for a while, please send it to the manufacturer for repair in time.
6. After the power is turned off, please rub the discharge head against the metal object to release the unused energy in the capacitor, otherwise the operator will be injured by unintentional electric shock.
