The bottom plate of the high-temperature trolley furnace is the support foundation of the whole furnace. For different load-bearing requirements, the corresponding channel steel shall be used, and then the steel of each part shall be welded. The channel steel shall be used as the main beam for the outer frame, the cold plate for the coaming, the channel steel as the main beam, and the middle plate for the bottom plate and the front and rear end plates.
Motor and reducer are used to drive the high-temperature trolley furnace, which are driven by chain to drive the front group of driving wheels. The transmission of furnace door adopts worm gear reducer and combined electric lifting with motor.
Sealing: labyrinth structure is adopted for the sealing of trolley and furnace body, and automatic sand sealing knife sealing device is equipped on both sides of trolley. The door of the furnace is sealed by the automatic mechanism of rolling way compression and spring compression. The furnace body of the furnace adopts the structure of high-quality refractory brick to ensure the tightness of the furnace. The pressure resistant part of the trolley is made of high aluminum bricks, and the lower part is added with insulating bricks.
Combustion system of annealing furnace with higher temperature: Several burners are installed on both sides of the oil furnace, and the heat flow circulates back and forth in the furnace to ensure the temperature uniformity of the furnace. Automatic type and semi-automatic type can be selected as required.
Smoke exhaust preheating device: a smoke exhaust preheating device is installed at the upper end of the rear of the furnace. When the smoke in the furnace passes through the preheater, it is then sent to the cold air by the fan for preheating, and then sent to the burner by the pipeline for combustion supporting. A manual butterfly valve is installed at the outlet, which can adjust the pressure in the furnace. It is widely used in the process of heating, cooling, condensation, evaporation and so on in the chemical industry, petroleum, food, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, electric power, shipping, papermaking, mining, medicine, central heating and other industrial sectors.
