High temperature tube heating furnace composition

High temperature tube heating furnace usually consists of the following parts:


Radiating chamber: Part of the radiating heat through a flame or flue gas at high temperature. This part is directly scour by the flame, the temperature is very high (600-1600℃), is the main place of heat exchange (about 70-80% of the heat load).


Convection chamber: The heat transfer part that relies on the flue gas from the radiation chamber for convective heat transfer.


Burner: It is the heat producing equipment that atomizes the fuel and mixes the air to make it burn. The burner can be divided into fuel oil burner, fuel gas burner and oil-gas combined burner.


Ventilation system: the combustion air is introduced into the burner and the smoke is drawn out of the furnace, which can be divided into natural ventilation and forced ventilation.


High temperature tube furnace, including furnace body and recovery system for waste heat, waste heat recovery system including air preheater, including air preheater by condensing air preheater and condensing air preheater of two segments, the other is equipped with condensate collection pool in waste heat recovery system, induced draft fan and blower, directly in the condensate collection pool below the condensing air preheater, condensate collection pool connected to induced draft fan, blower connected with condensing air preheater. Using the heating furnace provided by the invention, the exhaust temperature of the heating furnace can be reduced to about 100℃ to realize partial condensation of acid-containing steam in the flue gas, and the latent heat of vaporization of part of acid-containing steam can be recovered while the low-temperature reasonable heat of the flue gas is recovered, so as to further improve the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace and save energy.
