Application

Features
The furnace body is double shell structure, and made of 10mm steel plate, which is safe and reliable, in line with various safety protection designs of national standards and with good safety performance.
Chamber: Type 1600 ceramic fiber, reasonable design, durable, good thermal insulation performance.
Heating element: silicon carbon rods, high temperature, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, long working life, easy installation and maintenance, etc.
The door of the furnace is open on the side, and the door and top of the furnace are fixed by fastening screws from left to right. The door and top of the furnace are equipped with circulating water cooling system. There are air inlet, air outlet and vacuum outlet on the furnace body. It can fill in hydrogen, argon, nitrogen and other inert gases, and can pre-vacuum, the vacuum degree can reach -0.1mpa, atmosphere pressure can reach -0.1mpa, glass rotameter and inlet and outlet pipeline.
Equipped with RS-485 communication interface, data management software, with paperless record of historical data and temperature rise curve, correction function of temperature deviation, can manage multiple devices and remote fault diagnosis analysis.
Temperature measuring element: Type S, single platinum-rhodium thermocouple, can accurately measure the actual temperature of the furnace.
Temperature control mode: The instrument is with PID control with temperature-rising curve and programming. The temperature control system adopts artificial intelligence regulation technology, with regulation and self-setting functions and 40 steps of lifting and cooling programs.
