Simple operation instructions for high vacuum equipment:

1. First, connect all the matching parts according to the design requirements, connect the power supply, turn on the vacuum gauge measurement, and then start the mechanical vacuum pump to pre pump the vacuum system, so that the vacuum degree of the whole system is pumped below 5pa from atmospheric pressure, and then turn on the heating power supply of the diffusion pump and the fan power supply for cooling the diffusion pump body. In the first ten minutes of the diffusion pump heating, the vacuum will have a process of amplification and decline, but with the evaporation of oil vapor in the diffusion pump, the vacuum degree will gradually reduce and rise again, and the ideal vacuum degree can be reached about 20 ~ 40 minutes.

2. After the test work is completed, first cut off the heating power supply of diffusion pump, and then turn off the cooling fan, then turn off the power supply of vacuum gauge, and finally turn off the power supply of vacuum pump; remember: it is strictly forbidden to put gas into the vacuum system in the high vacuum measurement state, so as not to directly damage the performance of the diffusion pump oil and never raise the limit vacuum degree.
