Hood type quenching furnace

Cover type quenching furnace is energy - saving periodic working furnace, super energy - saving structure. The trolley is made of anti-impact sealing brick, automatic turning brick structure, automatic sealing trolley and furnace door, integrated with rail, no foundation equipment, placed on the horizontal ground and fixed with root iron or expansion screw. It is mainly used for quenching, annealing and aging of high chromium and high manganese steel castings, nodular cast iron, rolls, steel balls, steel, stainless steel and other mechanical parts.


The shell of the electric furnace is welded with steel plate and section steel. The bottom of the furnace is connected with the trolley light rail. The user does not need root equipment, but only needs to put it on the flat cement floor. The furnace lining is made of ultra-light fireproof brick, which can save energy compared with the traditional brick-type furnace chamber. High quality long fiber rostrum, diatomite brick and vermiculite powder are used as insulation materials. The furnace mouth is made of heavy anti-impact brick and the surface layer of trolley layer is of heavy quality and high aluminum anti-pressure brick.


Between the furnace body and the trolley, the baffle-type refractory masonry materials are used, and the self-acting sealing structure is used to reduce the heat radiation and convection loss of the electric furnace, and improve the uniformity of the furnace temperature. The heating element is made of spiral wound with high temperature resistance alloy wire, which is distributed on the furnace side, the furnace door, the back wall and the trolley shelf brick, and fixed with the national standard plug brick, which is safe and simple.


The bottom plate of the steel casting furnace is equipped on the platform to bear the work parts. In order to prevent the oxide skin generated after the workpiece heating from falling into the gap between the furnace bottom plate and causing damage to the heating element, the table cover quench furnace selects the piercing touch at the bottom plate and the furnace body touch.


For normal use, the demand often purge the floor of the furnace bottom car oxide, generally once a week purge, purge the bottom plate will be lifted, with compressed air in the resistance wire groove of the oxidation dander purge clean, pay attention to anti-oxidation pickup in the furnace wire caused by short.


The furnace door equipment consists of the furnace door, the furnace door lifting organization and the furnace door pressing equipment. The shell of the furnace door is welded by section steel and plate into a firm frame structure, and is made of laminated refractory fiber modules, which requires good thermal insulation performance and light weight.
