How do vacuum drying boxes connect vacuum pumps?

Method of connecting vacuum pump and matters needing attention:

According to the size of the volume to match the corresponding power of the vacuum pump, the customer needs to buy additional. General capacity in 20-50 liters with 1 liter pump, 90-130 liters with 2 liter pump.

1) Preparation before starting the pump:

(1) Connect the pump with the box, pipe mouth with a lock lock, and carefully check whether the connection is good, no air leakage.

(2) The vacuum pump is required to fill oil or do not need to fill oil, please make sure before use. Open the valve of vacuum pump that needs to be filled with oil, and fill the oil tank with the special oil for vacuum pump distributed by the original factory to the designated oil level; Open the suction and discharge valves of the vacuum pump.

(3) Open vent gear and vent switch.

Vacuum pump can't pump out the vacuum elimination method:

1) The air release valve on the panel is not closed. Solution: close the air release valve

2) The vacuum valve on the panel is not opened. Solution: open the vacuum valve switch

3) The suction pipe of the vacuum pump is not connected well. Solution: pick up the vacuum pipe and connect the pipe

4) The door of the box is not closed and tight. Solution: close the door of the box and adjust the tightness with 4 screws after adjusting the glass

5) The box door seal ring is broken. Solution: replace the seal ring

6) The vacuum gauge on the panel is broken. Solution: replace the vacuum gauge

7) Vacuum pump failure, solution: replace and maintain the vacuum pump.
