How to clean the heat treatment material of vacuum gas quenching furnace?


The following steps are needed to clean the heat treatment materials of vacuum gas quenching furnace:


1. Put the cleaning parts into the furnace through the hanging basket and tighten them after closing the door.


2. When the workpiece is heated to 350 ℃ and the vacuum pump is turned on at 340 ℃, it is normal for the thermometer to rise gradually, otherwise, there is a problem of leakage.


3. After 90-120 points, the waste materials on the workpiece are collected in the tank for treatment, and the time can be cut according to the situation.


4. Raise the temperature of vacuum furnace to 480 ℃ after 30 minutes, and keep it for 6 hours at 500 ℃.


5. The material after cleaning will be discharged from the furnace.


6. After the vacuum furnace is finished, the water and power can be cut off without manual operation.


The vacuum sintering furnace is to make the tungsten crucible in the coil produce high temperature by using the principle of medium frequency induction heating under the protection of filling hydrogen after vacuumizing. It is suitable for the powder forming sintering of refractory alloys such as tungsten, molybdenum and their alloys in scientific research and military units.


The place where the vacuum sintering furnace is installed should meet the requirements of vacuum sanitation, the surrounding air should be clean and dry, and have good ventilation conditions, and the working site is not easy to raise dust.


1. Check whether all parts and accessories in the control cabinet are complete and in good condition.


2. The control cabinet is installed on the corresponding foundation and fixed.


3. According to the wiring diagram and refer to the electrical schematic diagram, connect the external main circuit and control circuit, and reliably ground to ensure that the wiring is correct.


4. Check that the movable part of the electrical appliance can move freely without jamming.


5. The insulation resistance shall not be less than 2 megohm.


6. All valves of vacuum furnace need to be in closed position.


7. Control the power switch to the off position.


8. Manual pressure adjusting knob moving head.


9. Put the alarm button on.


10. The circulating connection of the equipment is completed according to the plan. It is suggested that the user connect a standby water (tap water) at the main inlet and outlet pipe of the equipment to prevent the sealing ring from burning out due to the failure of circulating water or power failure.
