Membrane biological reaction technology is a high-tech wastewater treatment equipment used in industrial wastewater treatment plant. Its biggest feature is that it can replace the secondary sedimentation tank in the traditional process. It can effectively separate the solid and liquid, and obtain stable reclaimed water for direct use. In addition, it can maintain high concentration of microbial biomass in the biological tank, with less excess sludge, highly effective removal of ammonia nitrogen, suspended solids and turbidity in the effluent are close to zero, bacteria and viruses in the effluent are largely removed, energy consumption is low, and land occupation is small.
Next, we will introduce how to deal with the failure of the industrial wastewater treatment device
1. Abnormal water outflow of equipment: check whether the connecting pipes of oxidation tank, sedimentation tank, disinfection tank and sludge tank are blocked (the blocking materials are generally falling biofilm and damaged elastic three-dimensional packing).
2. Reasons for unqualified effluent quality of wastewater treatment plant: excessive water inflow, uneven aeration of touch oxidation tank or long-term shutdown (it is necessary to cultivate biofilm from the beginning, and sludge in sedimentation tank is too much (it is necessary to thoroughly remove sludge, shut down the disinfection device and do not disinfect the effluent for a long time).
3. Equipment touch oxidation tank aeration uneven: check whether the outlet valve of aeration fan is in normal position and whether the aeration head is damaged.
4. Solution: check whether the power supply of the active control cabinet is normal, and check whether the auxiliary booster pump and aeration fan of the industrial wastewater treatment device are damaged (at this moment, the current may be too high, and the short circuit switch will be actively disconnected).
5. If the above conditions are normal, add appropriate amount of nutrients (sugar, urea, etc.) to the tank.
