How to increase the service time of high temperature furnace

1. The working environment temperature of the high-temperature furnace controller is limited to 0-50°C.

2. When using high-temperature furnace and controller, the rated power shall not be exceeded. The furnace temperature shall not exceed the high working temperature, and the wet workpiece shall be prevented from entering the furnace. Heated water-rich workpieces should be predried.

3, insist on cleaning in the high temperature furnace, furnace metal oxide, slag and impurities should be timely eradication, loading and unloading parts to be careful.

4. Regularly check whether the connection between the experimental electric furnace and the controller is in good condition.

5. High-temperature furnaces and controllers shall not exceed 85% relative humidity, and shall be free from conductive dust, explosive gases, and corrosive gases that can damage metal insulation and electronic components.

The selection principle of high temperature furnace lining material is as follows

1) Based on the high continuous application temperature (or classification temperature) of the data.

2) The operating temperature of the inner surface layer of the lining (the hot surface) shall not exceed T-200 ℃; The other layers are the inner surface layer ≤ T-100 ℃, and needle blanket with a capacity of 128kg/m3 or greater than or equal to 160kg/m3 was selected.

3) The operation temperature of refractory-fibre felt or blanket lining is less than or equal to T-100 ℃.

4) The operating temperature of the insulating layer of the lining, such as rock wool board (felt) or calcium silicate board, is less than or equal to T-100.
