How to pickle the heat treatment furnace

The pickling interval of the heat treatment furnace should not be less than two years

1、In order to prevent improper chemical cleaning from endangering the operation of the heat treatment furnace, ensure the chemical cleaning of the heat treatment furnace is reliable, and improve the cleaning effect, this rule is stipulated.

2、These rules apply to the chemical cleaning of fixed steam heat treatment furnace and confined hot water heat treatment furnace with rated outlet steam pressure less than or equal to 2.45MP(25kGF /cm2).

3、The chemical cleaning of heat treatment furnace includes two types: alkali boiling and pickling. The cleaning can be divided into two ways: soaking, circulating cleaning and soaking and circulating cleaning.

4、Water treatment of heat treatment furnace is an important measure to ensure the economic operation of heat treatment furnace. Chemical cleaning should not replace or relax the regular and effective water treatment work.

5、The professional unit of chemical cleaning of heat treatment furnace shall be accredited by the supervision organization of heat treatment furnace pressure vessel of the labor department above the provincial level (including the provincial level). The professional unit of chemical cleaning of heat treatment furnace shall have the following conditions:

1. Having a sound organizational structure and obtaining the legal person status.

2. Professional and technical personnel suitable for the chemical cleaning work undertaken.

3. The cleaning operation and laboratory personnel shall be approved by the supervision organization of heat treatment furnace pressure vessel at or above the prefectural level (including prefectural level).

4. Equipped with complete and reliable cleaning equipment and analysis means.

5. It has a perfect management system and formulates operating rules. Units meeting the above conditions may pickling heat treatment furnace by themselves after approval by the local labor department.

6、Before the chemical cleaning of the heat treatment furnace, the chemical cleaning unit shall work out the cleaning plan and, with the approval of the technical person in charge, report it to the local or municipal labor department of the place where the heat treatment furnace is located for the record before implementation.

7、The supervision organization of heat treatment furnace and pressure vessel shall check and supervise the qualification and cleaning quality of the cleaning unit according to the rules.
