4、 The continuous working time of the high frequency quenching equipment is longer than that of the induction heating equipment with higher power.
5、 The connection distance of high-frequency induction equipment; the connection length is long, even need to use water-cooled cable connection, so the induction heating equipment with higher power should be selected.
6、 High frequency manufacturing process; generally speaking, quenching, welding and other processes can be selected with lower power and higher frequency; annealing, tempering and other processes can be selected with higher power and lower frequency; red stamping, hot forging, smelting and other processes need better heat transmission effect, so the power should be selected with higher power and lower frequency.
7、 The material of the workpiece of the quenching machine tool; the relatively selected power of the metal material with high melting point is larger, the relatively selected power of the metal material with low melting point is smaller; the selected power of the metal material with low resistivity is larger, and the selected power of the metal material with high resistivity is smaller.
