In the process of using high temperature furnace. It is often reported that there will be some problems and failures in the use of these problems, and we don't know how to deal with them. Today, I will give you some common problems to teach you how to deal with them effectively when we encounter this problem again.
Common faults of high temperature furnace
A. High temperature furnace does not heat
1. The heating indicator is on, and the ohmmeter applied to the element circuit shows that there is an open circuit and a heating element is faulty.
2. If the heating indicator light is not on, the controller will display very high temperature value or code such as 9999. If the thermocouple is broken or the wiring is wrong, the controller will display low temperature value. The furnace door switch may be faulty or the thyristor fuse needs to be adjusted may be blown. The thyristor cannot open the fault indication on the control panel due to internal fault, controller wiring error or controller fault The indicator light is on, the thermal circuit breaker located on the high temperature furnace shell or in the transformer is enabled, no indicator light on the controller is on, the power indicator light on the controller may be faulty or the power supply is not connected due to the switch fault or wiring error.
3. The power indicator is not on. Check the power fuse and all fuses in the control room of the high temperature furnace.
B. High temperature furnace shell overheating
1. When the instrument switch is turned on, the heating indicator light is not on, the controller shows a very high temperature value, the controller has a fault, the controller shows a low temperature value, the thermocouple may be short circuited or removed from the high temperature furnace, the thermocouple may be installed on the wrong loop, and the controller may have a fault.
2. The heating indicator remains on when the instrument switch is turned off. When the 2A control fuse is taken out of the fuse box, the fault exists. The power thyristor cannot be "opened" to check whether there is an unexpected wiring error that leads to thyristor overload. If the fault continues, please isolate the high temperature furnace from the power supply.
