The hydraulic system adjustment of internal grinder is introduced

1. Adjust the hydraulic system according to the machine manual. When the machine tool leaves the factory, it is generally adjusted to the appropriate position, and the user does not need to adjust it again.

2. When the user needs to readjust the hydraulic system, it should be adjusted according to the provisions of the machine tool operation manual. After setting, it is generally locked, and the oil pipe joint should be tightened to prevent accidental spray of hydraulic oil.

3. Safety interlock of common hydraulic system

When using the grinder produced by our company, the user should check the safety interlock function of the common hydraulic system in the operation manual

A. interlock of grinding wheel rack fast forward and backward and head frame motor on / off coolant switch;

B. interlocking between rapid advance and retreat of grinding wheel rack and expansion and extension of hydraulic tailstock sleeve;

C. the pressure, flow and oil temperature of the hydraulic (pneumatic) system of the fully automatic machine tool are interlocked with the start and stop of the grinding wheel spindle motor;

D. interlocking between internal grinding of internal grinder and rapid advance and retreat of grinding wheel carrier;

E. the spindle adopts the static pressure (or dynamic and static pressure) bearing pressure, and the flow is interlocked with the start-up and stop of the spindle motor;

F. interlock between the pressure of hydraulic fixture (pneumatic fixture) and the action of machine tool;

G. adopt spray lubrication bearing flow and spindle motor start stop interlock;

H. interlock between the hydraulic (pneumatic) control device of constant linear speed of grinding wheel and grinding wheel motor.

Others shall meet the interlocking requirements specified in the special structure.

Common control elements of safety interlock: travel switch: electric contact pressure gauge; pressure relay; flow relay; temperature sensor.

4. Adjustment of hydraulic equipment

The hydraulic system of the machine tool has been fully tested, adjusted and fixed before delivery. The user can start the car according to the use procedure without readjustment.
