Iron oxide red dryer process

This automatic production line can produce more than 650 kg/hour. In the past, it took at least three to four days to complete such a production cycle in the traditional "small workshop" mode. Steam consumption, one of the main energy sources used in the production process, has dropped from 1.51 tons per unit to 1.25 tons today, a decrease of up to 17%. At the beginning of this year, they implemented a belt dryer for iron oxide red instead of the original drying process of the technical transformation of a success.
