Product structure characteristics
The isothermal hot-pressing machine is mainly composed of press system, furnace door and opening system, hot-pressing platform system, heating system, cooling system and control system.
1. The press system is mainly made up of press equipment produced by Tianjin Forging and pressing equipment Factory, and the pressure range is 200-500T;
2. The furnace door and opening system mainly consists of the horizontal opening hydraulic system and the upper and lower lifting hydraulic system to open the furnace door. The inner surface of the furnace door is equipped with a heating system;
3. The hot-pressing platform system is made of heat-resistant and pressure-resistant high-temperature alloy. The upper plane of the platform is machined with T-groove for installing abrasive tools, while the inner side of the lower plane is machined with circular holes for installing auxiliary heating pipes.
4. The heating system is mainly composed of the main heating system and the auxiliary heating system. The main heating system is set on the four sides of the furnace. The auxiliary heating system is arranged in a round hole on the hot-pressing platform, and the heating element is a single-head heating tube.
5, furnace door open system: the studio of four sides set have heat preservation oven door, the inner surface of the heat preservation material set heating elements, door stainless steel plate structure, both before and after the oven door to move up and down the orbits of the fixed beam at the top, move down on by the pneumatic control, open height can be set according to the requirements of customers, open the oven door by pneumatic locking system. The lifting switch of front and rear furnace doors and the protection of high point of left and right furnace doors against falling off are realized by pneumatic control cylinder.
6. The cooling system is set at the lower part of the hot-pressing platform and is used for reducing and organizing the heat transfer of the hydraulic press by means of water circulation cooling. The water cooling system consists of water pump, filter, flow sensor, temperature sensor and pipeline.
7. The control system is mainly based on the RS485 fieldbus scheme, with the INDUSTRIAL PC as the upper computer, and the lower computer as Siemens 300 series PLC, Himandon SRS10 series temperature intelligent regulator, three-wire current detection instrument, and a total of three communication networks.
Technical features
1, the four sides of the furnace and the upper and lower steel platform inside the hole are set heating elements, the uniformity of the furnace can reach ±6℃, the horizontal temperature uniformity of the furnace can reach ±3℃, the surface of the abrasive uniform temperature ≤ ±2℃, basically can be considered as isothermal hot pressing characteristics.
2. The heating tube in the steel heating platform is only used as an auxiliary heating element, and the temperature on the surface of the heating tube is the same as that in the furnace. Compared with similar heating methods, the load of the heating element is reduced by 30% and the life of the heating tube can be increased by 300%.
3, the main heating system for electric furnace wire, the price is low, the furnace tube life increase, compared with the maintenance cost greatly reduced.
