1. Use of LY type high efficiency oil filter

LY type high efficiency oil filter is designed for power plants, power stations, industrial and mining enterprises of the substation (room) lubrication oil depot, tractor station, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, national defense industry and other units, used to filter transformer oil, turbine oil, aviation hydraulic oil and other liquid oil in the water and impurities.

2. Structural features of main components

2.1 Plate-Frame efficient oil filter is a movable device consisting of a filter bed, a filter frame, a filter plate and an oil pump. The sides of the filter plate and the filter frame are supported on the supporting plate of the rack. The filter plate and the filter frame are lined with filter paper (or press cloth) as the filter medium to filter.

2.2 During filtration, the dirty oil is distributed to each filter box through the input channel, and the impurities are filtered out on the filter plate through the filter paper, and then collected in the output channel and discharged out of the machine. The dirt stays on the surface of the filter paper, and a small amount of water in the dirty oil is absorbed by the capillary of the filter paper. When the filter residue on the surface of the filter paper gradually thickens and the moisture content in the filter paper increases, the filtration resistance increases. When it increases to a certain degree (generally 0.2-0.35mpa), the filtration should be stopped and the filter paper should be replaced and continued to be used.

3. Adjustment and operation of plate and frame efficient oil filter

Before use, check the installation position of the filter plate and the filter frame in the filter section. Starting from this end of the thrust plate, the first piece is the plate, the second piece is the frame, the third piece is the plate, and the fourth piece is the frame. . Arrange it by this internal derivation.

4. Operating rules of plate and frame oil filter

4.1 Invert switch used by plate and frame oil filter (start ← stop → start) connect power line 3 phase, connect inlet and outlet tubing and open inlet and outlet oil ball valve. It is strictly prohibited to close the inlet and outlet oil ball valve during startup, and the pressure will increase suddenly to avoid damaging oil filter components and causing personal injury danger!

4.2 When starting the semi-frame oil filter, pay attention to observe whether the motor is clockwise or not. Reversing will cause serious damage to the oil pump, and the oil pump cannot be fed. Invert the switch (start ← stop → start) to another starting position.

5. Maintenance and operation of the plate and frame oil filter

1) Keep all parts of the half-frame oil filter clean to prevent sundries from entering.

2) Clean the filter element in the oil inlet filter regularly to avoid excessive impurities blocking the filter element and causing damage to the equipment.

Matters needing attention

1) Ensure the safety of operation. The electrical equipment of the machine and non-professional personnel shall not open the wiring at will.

2). The hydraulic quick connector for oil inlet and outlet should be connected first when starting. If the hydraulic quick connector is not connected, the inlet and outlet of oil outlet is closed, and the pressure will increase suddenly, so as to avoid damaging the oil filter components and causing personal injury.

3). When the outlet pressure exceeds 0.5mpa during operation, it must be stopped to check whether the filter paper is blocked. Change the filter paper often. Fault analysis and elimination of plate and frame oil filter

Special notes; During operation, when the working pressure reaches 0.5mpa, the machine should be stopped immediately to check whether the filter paper is blocked. The filter paper is too dirty and must be replaced before operation. When no oil is available; Check the inlet and inlet filter for clogging. The manufacturer suggests that the filter paper and filter element should be replaced frequently to ensure that the oil filter achieves the best effect.
