The selection of resistance band and material at the bottom of large car furnace is consistent with that at the side of furnace body. The anti oxide skin plate is made of cr25ni20si2 heat-resistant steel plate, which is divided into several blocks (the workpiece does not contact with it). The trolley traveling mechanism is driven by the brake motor and reducer installed at the front end of the trolley to drive the trolley traveling wheel by chain drive. The power line adopts the soft chain type, which may be retracted and released synchronously with the trolley movement.

The operation of large trolley furnace trolley is equipped with limit and protection devices. There are 8 wheels in total, of which the first 6 are powered.
