The main components of the experimental furnace are as follows
As the name suggests, the experimental electric furnace is mainly used for experiments, mostly for quantitative analysis of sintering and ashing test; it is a kind of intermittent resistance furnace, but it is not said that the intermittent electric furnace is the experimental electric furnace. The main components are: furnace body, furnace, temperature controller, heating element, temperature measuring element.
The product characteristics of the experimental furnace are as follows
1. Natural air insulation, light and easy to handle.
2. It takes only 30 minutes to raise the temperature to 1100 ℃.
3. The furnace is heated by radiation on both sides, and the temperature distribution is uniform.
4. Temperature control: PID automatic control LED digital display.
5. Thermal insulation: imported high temperature resistant ceramic cotton insulation and ceramic board, high aluminum cotton triple insulation.
6. Heater: Kanthal heater imported from Sweden, durable, stable temperature rising and fast heating speed.
7. The interior adopts high temperature resistant ceramic plate, which is not easy to deform. The exterior adopts zinc plating and high temperature baking paint, which is beautiful and not easy to drop paint.
