1. In the process of using the high-temperature furnace, do not stay in the high-temperature furnace tube for a long time except for doing tests; When handling HF, wear gloves to avoid burns;

2. If accidentally touching HF, flush immediately, add 2% water with calcium gluconate and rub the scratch for 15 seconds;

3. Please use quartz glass products carefully to avoid breakage and cutting; Wear a work mask to prevent inhalation of all gases from the furnace or disposal tank;

4. Once the fault is found, please inform the maintenance technician immediately; Potassium cyanide (KCN) cannot be mixed with acids because they produce highly toxic gases. Please save pure water;

5. Do not drop the broken chip, filter paper, cotton stick, etc. into the bottom drain hole of the washbasin to avoid water accumulation on the floor due to poor drainage;

At the end of the work, if no one continues to use, please turn off the gas, preserve the activity of nitrogen, connect the furnace tube to the normal temperature, and check whether there is any other power that should be turned off. If you find that the power has not been turned off, please turn it off.
