It can be seen that in the working process of the equipment, the first stage filtration is easy to be blocked by impurities, and the oil inlet is less than the oil outlet.
Treatment method: remove the upper cover of the first stage filter, take out the filter screen, and clean it with the same type of cleaning oil, and then the work can be restored.
（2） If the lift is too high during refueling, the motor temperature will rise rapidly and the noise of oil pump will increase.
Treatment methods: 1. Work according to the specified lift; 2. Intermittent work.
（3） Abnormal increase of oil pump noise:
Treatment: 1. Check whether the oil pump connecting shaft is concentric; 2. Whether the fastening screw is loose or falling. All the above phenomena can be eliminated by recovery.
（4） No missing direction is allowed to avoid burning out the motor.
（5） The continuous working time of the whole machine shall not exceed 150 hours. If it reaches 150 hours, the whole machine will rest for two hours.
