Medium frequency heating forging furnace

Medium frequency round steel forging heating equipment / medium frequency furnace: IGBT module is adopted as the main device, and the circuit adopts uncontrolled full bridge rectification, capacitance filtering, bridge inverter, series resonant output. It is fundamentally different from the old medium frequency with thyristor parallel resonance.

Selection basis of medium frequency round steel forging heating equipment / medium frequency furnace

(1) Select power according to output and production beat

Lsz-200 / 4: heating output per hour: 500kg;

Lsz-300 / 3: heating output per hour: 750KG;

Lsz-500 / 2: heating output per hour: 1250kg;

Production beat (heating pieces per hour) = output per hour / piece weight.


(2) Frequency selection rate according to workpiece size

Generally, the recommended frequency of workpieces with a diameter of Φ 20-Φ 40mm is 4kHz; the recommended frequency of workpieces with a diameter of Φ 40-Φ 60mm is 3kHz; the recommended frequency of workpieces with a diameter of Φ 60-Φ 100mm is 1khz-2khz; this is the basis for selection.

Application examples

For example, put a metal cylinder in the induction coil with alternating if current. The metal cylinder does not contact the induction coil directly. The temperature of the electrified coil itself is very low, but the cylinder surface is heated to reddening, or even melting. Moreover, the speed of reddening and melting can be realized only by adjusting the frequency and current strength. If the cylinder is placed in the center of the coil, the temperature around the cylinder is the same, and the heating and melting of the cylinder do not produce harmful gases and strong light to pollute the environment.

Medium frequency heating forging furnace is widely used for forging heating [for diathermy, temperature compensation of bar, round steel, square steel and steel plate, on-line heating of blue quenching blanking, local heating, on-line forging of metal materials (such as precision forging of gears, half shaft connecting rods, bearings, etc.), heating before extrusion, hot rolling, shearing, spraying heating, hot assembly, and overall tempering, annealing and tempering of metal materials.


1. Fast heating speed, high production efficiency, less oxidation and decarbonization, saving material and forging die cost

As the principle of medium frequency induction heating is electromagnetic induction, its heat is generated in the workpiece itself. Ordinary workers can carry out the continuous work of forging task within ten minutes after working with medium frequency electric furnace, without the need for furnace professional workers to carry out furnace burning and sealing work in advance. There is no need to worry about the waste of the heated billets of the coal furnace caused by power failure or equipment failure. Because of the fast heating speed, there is little oxidation. Compared with the coal stove, each ton of forgings can save at least 20-50 kg of steel raw materials, and its material utilization rate can reach 95%. Because the heating method is uniform and the temperature difference between core and surface is very small, the service life of forging die is greatly increased in forging, and the roughness of forging surface is less than 50um.

Compared with coal furnaces, induction heating furnace will not be roasted and smoked by coal furnaces in the hot sun, and it can meet the requirements of environmental protection departments. Induction heating is the most energy-saving heating method in electric heating furnace. The power consumption of one ton forging heated from room temperature to 1100 ℃ is less than 360 ℃.
